The Stallion A12 apartment is part of a newly built residence with a wellness area, situated in the peaceful Rochebrune district. Located less than 10 minutes by car from the center of Megève and close to the Rochebrune ski lift, this apartment offers the perfect retreat for relaxation and comfort.
Covering 56 sqm, the apartment accommodates up to 5 guests: 2 in the master double bedroom, and 1 adult and 2 children in the second bedroom, which features a double bed and a bunk bed. The modern, tastefully decorated living room seamlessly connects to an open kitchen, creating an inviting space for family gatherings. Large windows flood the room with natural light, enhancing the bright and cozy atmosphere.
After a day of skiing or exploring the great outdoors, unwind in the residence's wellness area, featuring an indoor swimming pool, sauna, hammam, and gym. The pool and gym are open daily year-round from 8 AM to 11 PM, while the sauna and hammam are available from mid December to April 30, during July and August, and on weekends.
The apartment also includes a covered parking space and a private ski locker for added convenience.
